About the Role

ALT 5 Sigma has three opening roles for Full-Time Sales Associates. As an ALT 5 Sigma Sales Associate, you will get to perform various activities relating to sales, CRM, and marketing campaigns. As a sales associate, you will be reporting directly to the CEO until such time as we have a Vice President of Sales.

The Sales Associate position is an entry level position that has an abundance of opportunity for individuals that exhibit above average abilities to learn and grow with the firm.

Main Responsibilities

Generate leads from our targeted vertical markets for the Sales team by cold calling potential clients to book demos for the sales reps
Maintain our sales database, ensure the information is up to date and help sales representatives build their pipelines, look for new leads and include them in the company’s database
Assist during clients’ presentations and demos
Create a sales pitch to assist the representatives in their daily call tasks
Occasionally conduct industry research, and be up-to-date with industry trends
Perform the administrative and compliance tasks of new account opening forms, detailed reviews of client backgrounds and preparing each and every new account for a strict AML and KYC review

Requirements

Excellent communication skills, oral and written
Keen interest in FinTech, and digital assets
Working knowledge of related platforms including Binance, Coinbase, Kraken, and using e-wallets
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Bilingual (French/English), other languages an asset
