ALT5 Sigma Corporation has appointed Zach Witkoff, Co-Founder of World Liberty Financial (WLFI), as Chairman of the Board. In addition to his role with ALT5, Zach serves as President of Witkoff Capital and Executive Vice President of Development at The Witkoff Group, where he has led major real estate projects including the West Hollywood EDITION and Manhattan’s PUBLIC Hotel. A graduate of the University of Miami with early experience in real estate finance at Wells Fargo, he brings a distinctive combination of institutional finance, large-scale real estate development, and digital-asset innovation. Zach also co-founded World Liberty Financial, issuer of the USD1 stablecoin, which has rapidly grown into one of the top five U.S. dollar stablecoins by market size. Peter Tassiopoulos
Peter Tassiopoulos brings over 30 years of leadership experience across the healthcare, finance, and technology sectors. His background includes executive roles in private and public companies, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and strategic growth initiatives. As CEO, he leads ALT5 Sigma’s strategic vision, expansion into digital assets, and healthcare restructuring, positioning the company for long-term success in the evolving financial ecosystem.
Jonathan Hughes
Jonathan brings over 25 years of senior finance and commercial leadership experience in Digital Assets, Technology, Energy, and Commodities Trading, working with both public and private companies ranging from large-cap multinationals to agile high-growth ventures. He previously served as CFO of leading digital asset firms GSR International Ltd, a global market maker, and Zodia Custody Ltd, a regulated institutional custodian. Throughout his career, he has led numerous M&A transactions, executed multiple growth strategies and built robust financial control, compliance and reporting systems to support rapid innovation. Jonathan is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales and holds an MA in Law from Cambridge University. His appointment underscores ALT5 Sigma’s commitment to attracting world-class leadership talent to drive execution of its strategic vision and deliver long-term value for shareholders.
Vay Tham
With over 25 years of capital markets experience, Vay Tham most recently served as Managing Director, Head of Technology Investment Banking at PI Financial Corp. (Ventum Financial). His career spans research, investment banking, and fund management, having founded and sold a $300 million AUM fund. Vay specializes in growth strategies for technology companies, making him instrumental in ALT5 Sigma’s fintech expansion and revenue generation.
Ron Pitters
Ron Pitters is responsible for working closely with leadership to establish strategy, strategic execution and delivery. He is focused on scaling our global business, and accelerating growth. Ron brings over 25 years of executive leadership in global financial services space including Banking, Securities, and Digital Assets. His focus has been on enabling and building technology-driven businesses. Prior to joining ALT5, Ron held executive roles at Axos Financial, Inc. where he built and led digital banking, securities, and crypto asset businesses, including pioneering a block chain based 24/7 institutional payments network. He also served as CIO of Axos Bank, where he oversaw software development for one of the early digital banking innovators. His work has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Euromoney, and WatersTechnology.
Tony Isaac
Tony Isaac has been a director of ALT5 Sigma since 2015 and previously served as CEO from 2016. He is the Chairman and Co-Founder of Isaac Organization, a private investment firm, and has over 40 years of experience in real estate, corporate finance, and strategic transactions. Tony specializes in complex deal negotiations and financial structuring, supporting ALT5 Sigma’s growth and corporate strategy.

Eric Trump
ALT5 Sigma Corporation is pleased to announce that Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of The Trump Organization, has joined its Board of Directors. In his role at The Trump Organization, Eric oversees the company’s global real estate portfolio and drives strategic growth across luxury hospitality, commercial and residential development, golf, and blockchain-based ventures. Based in Palm Beach, Florida, he plays a central role in acquisitions, financing, design, construction, branding, and hospitality operations. Eric has been instrumental in expanding Trump Golf from three properties in 2006 to 19 world-class clubs across the United States, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. He also led the £200 million restoration of Trump Turnberry in Scotland—host of four Open Championships—and the $250 million revitalization of Trump National Doral Miami, reestablishing both as premier international golf destinations. Zak Folkman

Zak brings over a decade of experience at the intersection of digital assets, decentralized finance, and business operations. After graduating from New York Law School, he began his career scaling a major digital advertising business before turning full-time to cryptocurrency in 2015. Since then, he has established himself as an innovator in blockchain finance, combining entrepreneurial vision with a deep understanding of DeFi. As COO of World Liberty Financial, Zak has played a pivotal role in building the company’s flagship products, including USD1, a top-five U.S. dollar stablecoin by market size. He has spearheaded initiatives to increase transparency, accessibility, and adoption—leading efforts such as WLFI’s stablecoin audit, development of a consumer-friendly financial app, and future governance token strategy. David Danziger
Mr. Danziger, CPA, is a seasoned financial executive and public markets advisor with over four decades of experience in audit, compliance, and corporate governance. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President, Assurance and National Leader of Public Companies at MNP LLP, Canada’s 5th largest accounting firm, where he led audit teams across North America and advised companies navigating public market transactions. A Chartered Professional Accountant, Mr. Danziger has served on numerous corporate boards, including TSX-, Nasdaq-, and LSE-listed firms, and has deep expertise in complex financial reporting, governance, and turnaround strategies. He currently sits on several boards and advisory committees, including the TSXV Advisory Committee.
